CANCELLATION FEE: Cancellations WITHIN 5 DAYS of the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the agreed contract total.
RATES: There is a 4 hour minimum rate. Staff will arrive two hours ahead of time to set up and will handle all cleanup.
Client is required to pay for hours stated in contract; even if event ends earlier than scheduled.
BREAKAGE/LOSS: Client assumes full responsibility for any damage or loss of any equipment, including but not limited to tents, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, China or flatware.
